The other night, I wanted to check out some prices for various things on the Circuit City web site. They have been bragging in their ad literature that they have completely redesigned their web site to make it easier to use. However, I had no success using their site because their highly touted navigation system wasn't showing up in any browser I tried. So I filled out a customer service form. Here's what I wrote: DATE_SENT: 09/23/2004 TIME_SENT: 11:10:45 PM MESSAGE: That top nav bar you are so proud of isn't working at all. I tried with both Internet Explorer and with Mozilla.
Here's what I got back: Dear Customer:
